How does founding pricing work?
Founding members lock their rate for the first 6 months. After that, you convert to a standard membership — but with priority renewal and no rate surprise. We're targeting 20 founding spots, Founding rates are only available during the launch window.
Is there a contract or deposit?
Hot desks and dedicated desks are month-to-month with no deposit. Private offices are month-to-month with one month's rent as a refundable deposit.
Can I bring guests?
Members can host guests in the lounge and meeting rooms anytime. Private office members also receive day-pass guest credits each month.
What are the building hours?
Staffed hours are 9am–4:30pm weekdays. All monthly members get 24/7 keyless access.

The Studio Floor
An open floor under high ceilings and skylight-bright lighting — hot desks up front, dedicated rows behind. Headphones-on focus with room to breathe.

- 1900s
North Illinois Street is Indianapolis's original automobile row — the same block where Carl Fisher sold cars before founding the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The city's first auto studios, showrooms, and workshops lined this street. a STUDIO building, from the very beginning.
- 1920–1980s
Home to Thornton-Levey Co., commercial printers of the famed Levey printing family. For six decades, this building put ink on paper for Indianapolis.
- 2000s–2026
Studio of Browning Day, the architecture firm behind some of Indiana's most recognizable buildings.

Can I work for the day after my tour?
Yes — tour guests can stay and try the space with a $29 day pass, credited toward your first month if you join within 7 days.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during staffed hours, but booking ahead guarantees someone can show you everything, including available private offices.
Where do I park?
Parking is available on-site. Parking passes available for members — ask when you book your tour.
